All prices are fixed and include GST. Travel is included free within 27 km of our base. From 27 to 45 km a flat $120 applies, and from 45 to 60 km a flat $180. Your travel cost is shown in full before you pay, and beyond 60 km we ask you to send an enquiry so we can quote the trip properly.

Outside the metro area?
Travel is included free within 27km of our base, which covers metropolitan Adelaide. Past that there are two travel zones with a flat charge each — not a per-kilometre meter — and the figure is shown in full before any payment is taken.
A flat charge means the zone decides it, not the drive: two properties in the same zone pay the same travel cost even if one is further along the road. Nothing is added afterwards.
Your exact travel cost is calculated from the property address during booking, before you pay.

We aim to deliver your report the same business day when the inspection is completed before 1pm, and otherwise within 24 hours of the inspection. Priority is accepted subject to our capacity on the day and we will tell you before you pay if we cannot meet it. It is only offered for start times that finish before 1pm on a business day: from a later start we cannot deliver on the day of the inspection, so the add-on is not sold.
